Jeff Goldstein is a double lung transplant recipient and a multiple skin cancer survivor. Transplant recipients are immune compromised and has a pre-disposition to skin cancer. As a Floridian, Jeff spent a lot of time out in the Miami sun without sunscreen. Due to the sun exposure leading to skin cancer, Jeff has undergone over 50 Mohs surgeries, multiple radiation treatments, several tumor removal surgeries and a complete right auriculectomy. Jeff knows that if he would have known about superficial radiation therapy, he would still have hearing in his right ear today.
