BOCA RATON, Fla., Aug. 2, 2016 — Sensus Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRTS), a medical device company specializing in the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers and other skin conditions, such as keloids, with superficial radiation therapy, today announced the appointment of Anthony (“Tony”) Petrelli to its Board of Directors. Mr. Petrelli is President, Chairman of the Board and Director of Investment Banking of Neidiger, Tucker, Bruner, Inc. (“NTB”), a SEC-registered broker-dealer firm.

Mr. Petrelli has over 40 years of experience in the investment banking industry. Prior to joining NTB, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Finance for Hanifen, Imhoff, Inc. and Vice President of Corporate Finance for Bosworth, Sullivan & Co. Mr. Petrelli is a member of the Board of Directors of Ring Energy, Inc. and owner of Equinox Counseling LLC. He has also served on numerous regulatory and securities industry committees including the FINRA Corporate Finance and Fixed Income Committees, the NASD Small Firm Advisory Board and as Chairman of the FINRA District Business Conduct Committee, District 3.
Mr. Petrelli received his Bachelors of Science in Business (Finance) and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Denver Seminary.
